Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia wide and selected international destinations. 

When will my purchase be shipped?

Our commitment to you is to ship within a maximum of 2 business days. However, purchases are usually shipped within 1 business day of order placement.    

What shipping options do you offer and how long will delivery take?

We use Australia Post of all deliveries and offer two shipping options.

  •    Standard Shipping - expect delivery in 2-6 days
  •    Express Shipping - expect delivery in 1-3 days

How much will shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping per order. So you know your shipping cost upfront regardless of how many items you purchase.

  •    Standard Shipping - $7.00
  •    Express Shipping - $12.00
  •    Orders over $100 Qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes - All our prices are inclusive of GST.

What Payment Options do you offer?

Payment can be made using: 

  • PayPal (including all major credit cards).
  • All major credit cards via our secure checkout (we use stripe payments and never see your credit card details)
  • Direct Deposit  

I don't have a PayPal account!  Can I still purchase items from your store?

Yes - We accept all major credit cards and direct deposit. 

Do you accept phone orders?

Sorry - we do not current accept phone orders.

Is it safe to purchase through barneystoybox.com.au?

 Yes it is. All transactions are processed through PayPal, Stripe Payments or Direct Deposit. For your security, we don't collect or store credit card information, bank account or other financially identifying information; instead, we use Payment Service Providers to do this for us and we cannot access the information. 

In addition our site is protected by industry leading SSL encryption for your piece of mind.

Is my item in stock?

We make every possible effort to ensure only items that are in stock are listed as available on our website.  If an item is not in stock, we will immediately issue a refund.

How do I select a size?

Can I exchange or return an item?

Please view our Shipping and Returns page to see our returns policy and procedure.

Do you offer a pickup service?

Sorry - For occupational health and safety reasons, we do not allow pickups from our premises.

Do you have any other stores?

So you have a bricks and mortar store?

No - We are strictly an online business at this stage.

Can I ship to more than one address?

Yes - but please note that our flat rate shipping and free shipping over $100 promotions are per address.

Will you sell my product?

Do you have a parcel wrapping service?

Sorry - We do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.
